Will & Probate

Will is a legal document that specifies how a person’s property and belongings will be distributed after the death. It reflects a person’s intentions for the management of their affairs in the event when they become unable of doing so for themselves. Meanwhile, probate is the constitutional process of validating a dead person’s Will. The court recognizes the validity of the Will and the executor who is responsible for the estate and its assets when you receive a grant of probate.
